The season has changed
Its amazing when you realise that what you once believed is no longer accurate. The start of 2012 marked the beginning of a new season in my walk with the Lord. I am astonished as to how misinformed one can be about truth that is from a past season. Your'e probably wondering what am I talking about. Well to be more accurate I'm speaking about migration in Christ. This is moving to a spiritual position that is pleasing to God and attracts His favour. My spiritual eyes have been opened or should I say that the scales from the past season has been lifted and I now see clearly what God is saying in this present season. It is mind boggling. The Word is being spoken with such clarity as crisp as the morning dew. Its accurate and brings one in alignment with what the Father is expecting from his children today, now, at this moment. Why am I saying this, well I see alot of people around me that have not attached themselves to this truth and I watch as they wander in the wilderness even though they are in the church and my desire is to make known to them that it doesn't have to be this way, there is hope for the church. People need to stop being sentimental about how they have always done church and every believer needs to assess their spiritual state and if you are dying find an apostolic resource and get connected. Your life will never be the same again.

A birthday card
Its not the things that can be bought, that are life's richest treasures, It's just the little "heart gifts" that money cannot measure. A cheerful smile, a friendly word, a sympathetic nod, are priceless little treasures from the storehouse of our God.
You give precious gifts in a kind, thoughtful way, Your smile brightens the cloudiest day and the gifts that you give wo'nt be put on the shelf, they'll be kept in the heart for you give of yourself.

"Junk or Jewel"
The old sculptor made his way to his home outside the village center. On his way he passedby the great white mansion of the plantation owner who, with his field workers, was felling one of the age-old trees. The old sculptor suddenly stopped and called over the wall with a note of interest."What will you do with those discarded stumps of wood?" The ownwer replied, 'These are good for nothing but firewood. I have no use for this junk." The old sculptor begged for a piece of the 'junk" wood and with care litfed the knotted tree trunk to his shoulders. With a smile of gratitude, he staggered into the distance carrying his burdonesome treasure. After entering his cottage, the old man placed the jagged piece of tree in the center of the floor. Then, in a seemingly mysterious and ceremonious manner, he walked ariund what the plantation owner had called "useless junk". As the old man picked up his hammer and chisel, a strange smile pierced his leathered face... The following morning, the sun found the sculptor asleep on the floor of his cottage, clutching a beautiful sculptured bird. He had freed the bird from the bondage of the junk wood... Weeks later the plantation owner came by to visit. When he saw the bird, he asked to buy it- offering whatever price the sculptor might name. Satisfied that he had made an excellent bargain, the gentleman walked away, hugging the newly acquired treasure.... the sculptor thought " Junk is the eyes of the beholder. Some look, but others see." Today there are many individuals whose lives are like the old tree. Trapped within them is a beautiful bird of potential that may never fly. Society , like the plantation owner, sees nothing in them but a useless, worthless person on his way to the garbage heap of life. But we must remember that one man's junk is another man's jewel.
